2. Reimbursement of Funds Lost:

In the event of a reimbursement being necessary due to a parts error, the responsibility falls on the manufacturer of the specific part. JackZboys Engineering will facilitate the process of reimbursement, but the customer is advised to follow the procedures outlined by the part manufacturer.

3. Customer Responsibilities:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their vehicle and its issues. Failure to provide accurate information may affect the warranty coverage.

4. Limitations of Liability:

JackZboys Engineering shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
